- Track visitor behavior and conversions
- Analyze experiment results with statistical tools
- Integrate with your existing tools and workflows
3 Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You're responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4 Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' use of the Service
- Run experiments that deceive users harmfully
Your Responsibility
You're responsible for ensuring your experiments comply with applicable laws (including GDPR, CCPA) and don't harm your users.
5 Fees and Payment
Free Plan
We offer a free tier with limited features. No payment required.
Paid Plans
Billed monthly or annually. All fees non-refundable except per our refund policy.
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
6 Intellectual Property
Our IP: The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ExperimentHQ, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your IP: You retain all rights to your data, experiment configurations, and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without obligation to you.
7 Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You're responsible for:
- Obtaining necessary consents from your website visitors
- Complying with privacy laws applicable to your business
- Maintaining appropriate privacy notices on your website
8 Service Availability & Liability
We strive for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9 Termination
By You: Cancel anytime through account settings or by contacting us.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate for Terms violations.
Effect: Data retained for 30 days post-termination, then deleted.
10 Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: State of Delaware, USA.
Arbitration: Disputes resolved through binding arbitration per AAA rules.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually.
